Do you offer custom moulded parts?
Yes — we specialize in custom moulded plastic components. We work closely with clients from initial concept and design through to prototyping, mould development, and full production. There is no minimum order requirement for development work.
Can you assist with product design and development?
Yes. Our engineering team supports product design from the ground up — translating concepts into manufacturable 3D CAD models, running mold flow analysis to optimize for mouldability, and guiding material selection based on mechanical, thermal, and chemical requirements. Whether you have a sketch or an existing part that needs redesigning, we can support the full development cycle.
What engineering plastics do you work with?
We work with a wide range including ABS, Nylon (PA6, PA66), PBT, Polycarbonate (PC), Polypropylene (PP), Acetal (POM), and high-performance polymers based on application needs.
What is your production capacity?
We have a modern facility equipped with high-precision injection moulding machines and in-house tooling capabilities. Our setup supports both low-volume prototyping and high-volume production.
